@pinkink512  The blue background might be fixed by setting View Distance to High, so please try that.  Change the setting and then quit and reload to get the full effect.

For the buildings not showing in live mode, please test in a new save, for comparison's sake.  Remove all mods and custom content as well.  If this helps, try replacing one of the apartments in your existing save, for example with a Gallery build.  (Apartments get saved as rooms, but you should find a "room" that covers the entire apartment.)  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for your help. That was exactly it. I did once set it to high; not sure how it reverted.

    I set back to high & am able to see buildings in both live mode & build mode in other lots.
