Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening the game and going into a save file, simply try control-shift-C. The bar does not open.
What happens when the bug occurs? Pressing the control-shift-C command does not open the bar.
What do you expect to see? The cheats bar to open to type in cheats.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the last update, updating on PC to 1.100.147.1030.
After updating to version 1.100.147.1030, the update released on September 5th, 2023, I have found I cannot open the cheats bar. I tried to reload the game, removed all custom content and mods, and tried repairing the files. Nothing has fixed the issue.
