Every time I press control, shift and C, the cheat bar doesn't come up. I've just downloaded the sims on my new PC and the cheat bar worked fine on my old PC. I have no background apps running, no mods and I've tried every alternative keybinds. I've repaired on EA and i've even reinstalled and it still doesn't work. There's no problems with my keyboard either.
I think you need to use the Shift key, rather than the Tab key. Ctrl-Shift-C.
