I am using Steam / EA App on Windows PC (issue occurs when opening TS4 by either app). Whenever I play, I can't seem to open the cheats menu - I've tried using both left and right keys (ctrl + shift + c), reloaded the game in a different app, restarted my pc, etc. I can't seem to find anything online that might help either - anyone have any suggestions?
