I just got a new laptop and I'm having the same problem with it saying my videocard isn't recognized. I don't know how to help you since I've been searching the internet all day trying to fix mine, but could you possibly help me? I went to the GraphicsCards.sgr file and my graphics card wasn't there, so I tried to make a new line and add mine (because that's what everything is telling me to do), but it won't let me save the changes because I don't own the file or something. Also in the Config.log file, it says "Found: 0, Supported: 1." I know that has something to do with it, but I'm not sure what and I'm not at all familiar with how to fix things when it comes to Sims. Do you know what I'm doing wrong and how I can fix it?
