Realm of Magic - no rare wands or brooms in game

I was able to buy this rare wands and brooms in a magical shop but only when my sim reached level 5 above mastery level and when I missed only 8 points to have all fields filled out. The possibility of this purchase certainly depends on the level of magic and the number of points gained.

I have purchased every reward and have 9 points left over. ? My magic shop never has any rare wands or brooms.

    If you do not have this option, you can always buy these objects using code:
    bb.showhiddenobjects
    Then enter the word debug in the search box.
