Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@jpkarlsen Is the cc or mods not not working because of the realm of magic problem because everything was working just fine before this problem happened. Also how do I update the cc and mods?

Mods and CC frequently needs updates as the game is updated. You would get updates where you originally got your Mods/CC.
- 6 years ago@jpkarlsen I have got over 3,000 thousands mods and cc so how would I update them all?

By keeping good track of where you got them. I only use a few mods but maintain a text document with links to all of them. So when I have determined that a particular mod needs updating it is easy to find any updates.
