recover save after deleting the game
Is there a way to do it? I deleted Sims 4 two-tree months ago. I installed it yesterday but there are no previous families. Can I recover them somehow?

If you also deleted your user files and didn't back them up, then no, they are gone.
You usually find them here: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\
