@mayasdream The save data is only stored in the save itself, not anywhere else on your computer. If you have a save of any kind available, dump it in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves and see whether the game will load it. Please keep in mind that saves rescued with a data recovery tool usually don't work, as they're missing enough data that the game can't read them properly. I'm not sure from your description whether this applies to you, but if it does, you may be out of luck.
