Red X's on CC items in Build Buy

@eclectic_sims Please test in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. If it copies rather than moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop here and let me know.
Otherwise, when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Launch the game, enable mods and custom content, quit, download a fresh copy of one of your affected cc items, and install it. Choose an item that's confirmed compatible with the current patch; if none of them are, please install one anyway but without running the batch fix. Then load a new save and let me know what you see.
If the freshly-downloaded item is fine, you can move your other cc to the new Sims 4 folder and test it too, again in a new save. If it's broken, the batch fix might be the culprit, either because of the fix itself or because it didn't run properly on your system.
