I bought sims 4 pets and downloaded it to my Mac I now have a laptop and when I go to download it I’m instructed to to put in a redeem product code once I did this it told me that the product code had already been redeemed so can I only have the game on one computer
@eliza_jones11 If you bought C&D from Origin all you need to do is login using the same log in and password you used before. Activation codes can only exist in one Origin account. Once you are logged into the correct account C&D should be added to your game.
was the game used or sealed ?
If it was used, the someone else already redeemed the code and you should try get a refund.
