Registration Code Not Working

Yesterday, I bought the Sims 4 from Walmart, activated it, played it for a few hours and there was no problem. Now today when I turned on my computer, it is telling me that I have to put in an activation code again. When I put the code in it is telling me that this code has already been used. I reall would just like to play my game any help would be greatly appreciated!
