Sims 4 broken

Since the new update or whatever they did, my builds aren't saving anymore despite me saving MULTIPLE times and edits appearing on the map. On the actual plots themselves, nothing is changing. I am using pretty much only base game and only a tiny bit of custom content, none of it has ever caused a problem before.
What do I do because if my builds won't save, what's even the point of playing anymore?
