Remote desktop

Hello, im currently running sims 4 on a windows 10 vm. If i work directly off the console of the vm the sims game will load. If i do a rdp session to the vm the game crashes instantly and does not open. Also if i start the game on the vm console and then rdp into it the sims game makes mg whole screen white and i can hear the music but cant not see anything.
