Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I just purchased the new Enchanted by Nature pack and the new world isn't showing up, nor is the little preview thing when you purchase a new pack and open the game. I've tried everything from clearing my cache to reinstalling nothing has worked. Yet when i went to repair it said I did not own the pack so it can not repair. I have the email for the purchase and everything. I can even make a fairy in cas.
