Repairing the sims 4 but the EA app suddenly crashes.

Two weeks ago i tried to repair the Sims 4 because it was buggy lately, but when i tried to check on how many procent it was it was 42% but suddenly the EA app crashes and i tried to restart it.

The next day i tried to check the EA app with the sims 4 that was still 42% but then i got kicked out again saying the app suddenly crashed within 5 seconds. I reported the problem but it was the same. I checked my Wi-Fi and i checked for updates for my laptop just in case but everything is alright.

Even when i try to cancel repairing the game it is still going on making the sims 4 unplayable.

  • @ChakaiB  Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Reinstall the App and run it as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."  Then see whether you can repair Sims 4.
