[Resolved] - Bug Pre-Ordered The Sims 4 Growing Together

 I come here to expose a problem with the pre-ordered of The Sims 4 Growing Together which is scheduled for release on March 16. Looking on the EA app to see the time of the expansion is available in Manage / Manage additional content / Downloadable expansions, I realized that the expansion was available for download on April 28, 2023 at 1 p.m.!!!

Am I the only person having this problem? Hoping that this will be fixed before the expansion is released. THANKS !

    Hey all,

    Apologies for the scare, Growing Together releases on March 16th and this visual issue has been flagged to the team for investigation now.

    Update: This should now be resolved for all players.

    I'm also concerned by this. I don't mind waiting until 10am my time to download, but I wish my preorder would show up on my EA account. I don't see anywhere to download the pack when the time comes, and it still says I need to preorder?

    I installed the expansionpack growing together monday, and its 16 th april today. But when i play sims 4, there is no growing together, when i click on the pack, it just says that i already own it, and that it is installed. What do i do?

    I’m also having this glitch, sorry I pre ordered, what a waste, I could have ordered it the day of and had it faster

    Closing this down.

    Preordering content in the Sims does not grant early access to that content. You will be able to install the content on release.

    @Cabelle1863 I'm on PlayStation mine still says pre order but as it won't be available for download till 6pm my time it won't change status

    I think I have figured it out. At release time (6pm your time or 10am my time), click on the "manage add-ons" option for Sims 4 and it should be there under "downloadable content."
