It did not resolve the issue.
It has been one month since release and I still cannot play any of my Sims games because the game is missing features on top of Horse Ranch not installing. This is over $1000 spent on a game that I have not been able to play for an entire month. This is unacceptable.
My card was charged and the transaction went through right away. No funds were ever hanging in question. This was not the fault of myself or my bank. This is unacceptable.
The order says processing, with no way to cancel. Again, funds were fully taken from me at the time of purchase. This is not the fault of myself or my bank.
I have done everything EA has asked of me. None of it works.
I have done every workaround suggested by users. None of it works.
I have completely removed mods and CC from my computer. Did not matter.
I have repaired the game.
I have cleared the cache/repaired EA App.
I have made sure everything on my computer is up to date, as well as the EA App.
I am doing everything exactly as I am supposed to and nothing works.
I requested a refund FIVE times during the 14-day "Great Game Guarantee" and was refused. On the sixth attempt, my ticket was deleted and completely ignored. EA stopped allowing users to chat with help if it had to do with the Sims. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau and EA responded with, "User has talked to EA help and the issue is resolved.", which is a flat-out lie. That is astoundingly unacceptable and has guaranteed my relationship with EA is coming to an end - I cannot justify spending any further money with EA, no matter what packs or games come in the future. It is blatant disrespect for customers.

Please inform us what EA is going to do to make up for this. Many users are/were affected and we have hardly even received an actual apology. We have been hanging for a month with no resolution. This has to be properly addressed.
