The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

I am having the same issue. Logged into my game, and all the kitchen kit stuff was either removed/or replaced that i had used in my build. Now it's acting like I don't own it!!
Same issue here! I played just hours ago and had every single kit, now all of a sudden they've all disappeared! 😢
Purchased 2 kits the day they came out and the CAS one later. The two original kits now show as unpaid and none of my builds have any of the items. I cleared the Origin cache in case it was an issue, but no.. the kits still show as unowned. Is this a know issue?
Yes, I checked my bank, and yes I have an email confirmation.
This is happening to me as well- bought all three kits, played with them through the weekend, but when I tried tonight I got the "Items Removed" notice, and all three are showing as having not been purchased.
I am having this problem but its with the new Kits that just came out, like i have the receipt in both emails and on the ea accounts, but on origin and in game it says that i don't own them anymore. i don't understand what happened they were all working perfectly fine. I am freaking out because ya'll took my money and then took the content away?!?!
I'm having this problem with the kits also. I purchased two and tonight it says "unowned".

I have country living installed after I bought it. I loaded a household that uses those items but it's showing that I do not have it installed.
yea I own all 3 kits, worked good for days then suddenly Origin says I don't own them now? keeps saying "Items Removed" One or more so on ect I logged off for hour and reload save and BAM! teen in under wear at a night club.. sigh

I am also having this issue. I have all the kits, packs. But bust the dust is gone. Completely gone.
Me too! I bought all 3 kits on March 5th. I just logged in now and they all disappeared from my game! I got so scared. I'm so glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I hope EA fixes this.
I’m having this issue with the new kits. (Was playing a new legacy with bust the dust and country kitchen)all was going well and I just logged on to play the family and now it says I don’t own the items. Whyyy
Same. I bought the kits the first day they came out and have been playing with them for days. Went to start my game now and it's telling me all 3 kits are "Unowned" on the main game screen. ☹️
I purchased the Country Kitchen Kit and the Bust the Dust Kit, got confirmation, played, and now they're gone? And saying I never purchased? Help ☹️
I recently bought all three Kits for my Sims 4 game. I bought them through Origin and downloaded directly. After a couple days of playing my game started getting really buggy (toddlers not eating, dust appearing after finishing vacuuming, etc.). I went to repair my game thinking it would help. HOWEVER! As soon as I launched the game ALL my kits were gone as if I had never purchased them. Has anyone else had this issue? How do I get them back? I really do not want to spend another $15 for these items.
i bout the new kits from sims 4 on the day of release,and i wanted to play the sims,and it is telling me the kits are gone,dissapeared from the game
