The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

I purchased and installed Country Kitchen and Bust the Dust on March 2nd. I've been playing with that content all week. I start my game this evening and the game tells me I don't own Country Kitchen nor Bust the Dust Kits. Please help! D:
I have followed the instructions to clear Origin's cache, and I have repaired my game files, but nothing has changed.
Have just finished a live chat with EA Help and they were able to re-install the Kits to my game. I advise anyone else having this problem to get in touch with EA Help.
Also, just an observation, I downloaded a lot from the gallery made with Base Game only and there's a tag on it in my library saying that it was created using content that I don't own, which is weird.
I have the same issue. I loaded the game and it said that there were four items missing. It turns out that the Bust the dust kit has disappeared from game and the vacums are gone!
