[RESOLVED] Kits/SP: Kit won't Download/wants to buy again/ Content Gone

Heya! Just got off of web chat from EA, their support was awesome however it didn't work. I was wondering whether anybody here (EA official or not) could offer further support as the webchat fun...

    Hi everyone!

    The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

Hello, this is still a problem for me. I too contacted EA support, cleared my origin cache, reinstalled and repaired my game and restarted my computer but I still can’t install my country kitchen kit and it doesn’t show up in game. I’ve tried this on two computers and are starting to feel a bit sad about it. Is this still a problem for other people?
