restore a backup game in The Sims 4
I need to restore a backed up game in The Sims 4. I have done everything listed in the ea backup and restore docs but my game history isn't showing up, I have a PC and use windows. Please help!

@wild_yam Please post screenshots of what you see when you try to restore a backup. Include a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the save names and dates.
