Reward Traits gone in Sim panel?!

I've been playing another family for  a while, when I went back to my main sim ALL the extra sim credit traits were gone. And they were many, because I spent a lot of time preparing the main sim for the new expansion. Can you please fix it or tell me how to get them back? In the aspiration window I have them checked as green, like I own them. But they don't show up in trait window, nor are they functional. PLEASE fix! ☹️

    I have the same issue and I am not using mods. I have restarted the game and tried a bunch of other things, but my reward traits are all gone.
