Romantic interactions always rejected unless married

Unfortunately, since the vampire sims pack (which I have installed) was launched, I can no longer romance any sims unless I first add them to my household AND change their status to married to my sim...

So I tested my game with a new couple that didn't know each other and had no issues.

Could you post a video of what happens in your game ? 

I assume you have tried with a bunch of Sims with non-related traits and stuff ?
