Roommates not working

Question

I've tried for several days to get roommates to work and it just won't and it's frustrating because I see nobody online having this problem. When I put up an ad for roommates nobody ever comes over to check it out and when I ask somebody to be my roommate they say sure but clear some room around the bed first. There is nothing around the bed. I don't know what to do.

I'm experiencing this issue too. Whenever I place an ad for roommates, none ever show up. Whenever I manually ask a sim to be my roommate, they say to make sure to clear space around their bed -- but then they just leave the lot and despawn. It happens with every household I've tried, different lots/houses/apartments, both with and without cc, with and without MOO.

@Gargalhar  Are you using a house you built yourself ? Any cc/moo placed objects in there ? Do you have the issue with multiple houses ?
