My resolution on sims 4 is stuck on 1920x 1080

Question

I try to change it to windowed or Fullscreen and it freezes/gets stuck on the screen with the cursor loading indefinitely.&nbsp; Got nothing to do with my graphics i was busy just changing those. But I found this out when trying to use SRWE. I've been using windowed fullscreen.

I have the NVIDA app but i turned off the optimize button.

I'm not aware of having any other app that conflicts with my game like NVIDA does.
