Save file multiplied thousands of times

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Randomly (unless I'm doing something wrong without knowing it), my game will choose one save file to copy hundreds or thousands of times. The first time it happened, it was copied about 600 times, and this time it was copied almost 6,000 times. This causes my game to crash every single time I try to even press the Load Game button. This doesn't happen every time I try to load a save file, only every once in a while
What do you expect to see? My save files stay untouched and I can load and play my saved games with ease.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This is a screenshot of my save files folder.
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
