StarSimUltra93 Did you in fact try the clean user folder? I ask because the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are very generic but can be related to bad mods or custom content, and also to a corrupt save. So if you haven't already tried a new save in a clean folder, please do so now. If it helps, try loading your main save in the new folder, still with nothing else added back.
Another cause of AppHangB1 errors is a bad graphics driver. So if you can't even load a new save, please look for an update for the driver. Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/desktops
Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, click All Drivers, expand Driver-Graphics, and download the newest AMD driver by version number, if it's newer than your current one (31.0.21914.8004). The first number matters most, e.g. 32 is newer than 31; after that, the last four numbers matter.
If you do find a newer driver, run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
