Save games won't load?

Question

Okay so basically I've tried all of the Crinrict troubleshooting steps Here:

I can't seem to get my game to work? I've done everything it says to do and still my save isn't loading properly. The game is in the proper folder in my desktop documents, electronics arts to Sims 4. I have checked Onedrive and it is in no way on it so that's not the issue. The save file I'm trying to load doesn't have the version # at the end of it, reading:

Slot_00000002.save

It still is not working. Help, anyone?

@Black_Mo0n777&nbsp; Are you saying that the save isn't available to load at the Main Menu, or that you select it and it doesn't load properly from there?&nbsp; If the latter, what do you see when you try to load it?&nbsp; How large is this save, in megabytes?
