Save household to library frozen can’t save

So I was making a new household, as you do. And I wanted to save the household to my library (not uploading to gallery) before I started playing with them. So I clicked save household to library and the window pops up for it. I went to click save household to my library, and nothing happens. I clicked it about 78 more times and nothing. I tried clicking Share Household to Gallery, and it asked me to connect or stay offline, so I clicked connect. After a few seconds it connected, and nothing happened after that. I clicked Share household to gallery again about 96 times and it did nothing. Finally I just said “y’know what forget it!” So I click the X and it won’t close the window. I clicked every button on the screen, nothing works except the camera button that changes the portrait for the household. I can’t get out of the save household to library window so I can’t exit the game, or click play, cancel, main menu, or anything. I can’t change the sims or see them outside of the pictures on the window.I pressed alt + f4 but I’m in Cas so it won’t let me save and I cancelled it. I have cc and mods on, but it may be a gallery update glitch. I spent hours on this household and I would enormously appreciate the help. Thanks in advance for any advice.
