Saves and CC not showing up, with only one folder

So, I've been having this issue for awhile now. Some time ago, after I updated both Origin and the Sims, my save files weren't showing up in the game. I've tried everything I could find- making a ne...

    Start the game. In settings look for the path where images and video are stored. Then you can see the path to the Sims 4 folder. You can also use windows search function to find it.

    Thank you so much! I was able to find the other folder by looking for the path.


    It was actually in the documents of another user account, in case anyone else ever has the same problem.

    How do you view the file path? I'm not seeing anything in Game Options.
