Enchanted by Nature Pack Does not Exist?

Hey, I preorder the Enchanted by nature pack and it says installed on the EA app. It even shows me things when I enter the game like Fairy Dust and asks me if I want to learn more. But when I try to access the pack, it's nowhere to be found. It's like it doesn't exist at all? In BB when I look at packs, it's not even greyed out. There's no Enchanted by Nature pack available. Same with lessons and other content. The pack seems to be completely missing from the game except for a few things. If I click the learn more, it brings me to lessons and it's blank. 

I do have mods and CC but I wouldn't think that those would make the game completely ignore a whole content pack. But I could be wrong. Does anyone else have this issue or is just me? I'm completely lost! Everywhere on the EA app says it's installed correctly. But the game doesn't have the content. Even in the game store, it's like it doesn't exist. How can the game forget a whole pack?!

If anyone has any solution for this I would greatly appreciate it.
