Screen freezing when opening

Hey everyone, I need everyone's help how to fix my screen to not be a full screen without having to use the game options as i cant even move my mouse when the screen is frozen. Now i'm not a compute...

AshleeHauver​  That is NOT the setting I meant.  There is a setting that reads

fullscreen = 1

Change this, and only this.

    Hello i want to thank you for helping me but i recently had a update on my computer and it reset all of the settings i had to change the fullscreen. I know how to get to it and how to search for it but i forgot how to edit it and how to save the settings to it. If you could help me once more that would be appreciated!
