And they are all not showing in the screenshot folder on your drive either ?
Do you have enough space on it ?
No they've completely vanished, I've still got 443 GB left so that shouldn't be the issue.
Somehow my complete folder is empty. I'm quite puzzled...

That is a bit strange. Maybe clear out the folder on a regular basis and back it up.
Don't think there's anything you can do now.
