Screenshots Not Working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Dream Home Decorator, Journey to Batuu, and Paranormal Stuff Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a screenshot.
What happens when the bug occurs? I take a screenshot and the game recognizes that I took one, but then the screenshot won't show up in my screenshot folder.
What do you expect to see? There should be a screenshot showing up in the designated folder.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the 7/27/2021 patch.
I have tried many things to fix this. I have repaired my game, double checked to make sure I was looking in the right destination folder (I was), deleted localthumbscache.package file, cleared cache folder, cleared cachestr folder and onlinethumbnailcache folder. Nothing has worked.
