Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? **Any existing Mods to be removed prior to starting game.** Launch the EA App, navigate to Sims 4 in game library or under Installed Games, click on PLAY button and launch Sims 4, allow the game load start menu. Observe the error on top right corner. 4/10 reproductions will crash on start menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? Observe Issue: Player gets green in-game SIMS DELIVERY ERROR notification that reads "AN unknown error has occurred. Code: 00000008:00000000000000c8 shows up, save files exist but do not load, only option is New Game but there's blank Sim at the top right, click on the New Game option and there is a second error that says the game did not load correctly please restart. If I click on the Gallery, no elements have loaded. Not playable.
What do you expect to see? Expectation: game should load properly including any previous saved games and all packs should be available to play, any sims deliveries should be uploaded and applied.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I had bought and installed the new Lovestruck Expansion Pack with in-game add-ons cuz I preordered it and since then nothing is launching correctly.
Since the new expansion dropped nothing has loaded properly. What I've tried so far is remove/delete previous mods, I tried moving my Sims 4 folder from Documents to create a whole new fresh save then uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I get the same error, tried it again replacing the new file with the previous saves and still broken, tried deleting the new content and launching the game and it still gets the error and doesn't launch, I also tried Repairing the game from the EA app and that doesn't work either. I thought maybe I was missing a driver but my drivers are up to date for my graphics card so that isn't the issue either. Can someone please help?
