Whenever I try to search for an items with or without mods and cc, my game crash

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do (I'm unclear if you mean the item you search for has cc or if you have cc in your game)
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
I tried with and without mods and it stills crash my game. I’m using PC to play my games.
