In which world do you play? There are three worlds in which the snow will not fall.
Oasis Spring, this world that came with the addition of "Get Famous" and StrangerVille. These worlds are designed as a "warm" area with an atmosphere closer to the desert on the south. By the way, have you changed the length of seasons in the settings?
However, it is possible that the tutorial worlds are not updated by the additions.
In this case, save your family to the library and start a new game by choosing these families from the library. They will not lose their skills or career level.
