Community Admin@SOB-Major Hmm, that's the number I have too. Does it work if you try adding the +64 country code prefix? Are you calling between 9am and 9pm NZST?
Calling is the way forward, you've taken the right steps, but if there are problems with the number that's something we of course want to straighten out.

Ive tried that but every time it tells me to ring the help desk but the number doesn't work. So is there another ways.
Try some different topics, you should be able to chat (at least with the English version).
