See what’s happening bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.66.139.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City living, discover university, get famous, get to work, cats & dogs, island living, seasons, dine out, parent hood, vampires, backyard stuff, movie hangout stuff, romantic garden stuff, and toddler stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to make the sims do anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? They don’t complete their actions. They stop to see what’s happening or they get embarrassed.
What do you expect to see? For this to not happen anymore, it makes the game unplayable!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated to the most recent patch.

This bug makes the game very unplayable. The sims won’t complete any actions, and they either become embarrassed or they stop the action to see what’s happening.

    @HollywoodNunu--since you've removed mods/cc, also try deleting localthumbcache.package from documents / electronic arts /the sims 4, and repairing the game through Origin.

    @HollywoodNunu I've heard of something like this happening if you have cc clothing that is incorrectly tagged and the game thinks a sim wearing that cc is nude. Sims will stop to see what's happening around that sim.

    Are you sure you removed all your cc to check if that's the case? Have you tried changing the outfits of the sim it happens around?
