See what's happening

Everytime my female sim walks into the bedroom while her husband sleeps and changes into sleepwear, her husband wakes up and "Sees what's happening". He reacts in shock.
Similarly, her son (child) and her "see what's happening" everytime she walks next to him in sleepwear and she immediately changes into everyday clothes. They both get the privacy violation moodlet.
Is this an issue? Is he not supposed to see her in sleepwear? And if so, why does her husband react in shock when he sees her in a bra..?
