am trying to fix my game and have been since July 1st. Every time I try to open the game I can hear the music but get a blue screen. My mouse will freeze as well. I have to ctrl+alt+delete and close...

halleyz16 I've moved your post to the PC tech section for help. The General Discussion section is for exactly that: chatting about the game, speculating about new content, that kind of thing.
Anyway, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
