server error. Unable to access this gallery request

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone could help me. I wanted to put lots in my library to put them in another save and I have this error message that appears (my game is in French). I can't upload lots to my library or to the gallery.

I tried it on a new save without mods, no problem. I've added my mods progressively, no problem either. But in old saves prior to the February update I get this bug (with or without mods). How do you think I can fix it?

I also think it's important to point out that I've changed the e-mail address of my EA app account, and that this gallery problem wasn't there before this action or before the recent game update.
