Server error when saving to my library

I keep getting this error when I try to save lots to my library "Server error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later."  My own custom made lots will not save to my library no matter how many times I attempt to save them or what save i am in. An exception that i have found to avoid getting this error popup, is saving premade lots. This exception is strange because I still get an error the first time i try to save the lot, however, if I attempt to save a second or third time, it will eventually save to my library. Households are also an exception, they save to my library without issue. This has been an issue for me since the September 4th patch and has persisted since today's September 18th patch, even after removing all mods from my game and repairing the game through the EA app. I saw that this was a reported issue earlier this month, but since it is ongoing, I wanted to submit this report.

As a someone who is primarily a builder, this has been especially frustrating as my game feels unplayable and makes me hesitant to purchase the new pack, that I am otherwise incredibly excited for.
