@dizzydebs79 Normally I would say that both accounts should be using the same copy of Sims 4. In reality, however, this doesn't always work properly: the EA App can fail to recognize the already-installed game and download a new copy.
Rather than guess as to what might be on the laptop, please open a File Explorer window (while using your account), click This PC in the left panel, and enter TS4_x64 in the search field in the upper-right corner. The search will take a few minutes to run; when it's finished, you should only see one copy of TS4_x64. If you see more, please post a screenshot of the results, with the window expanded sideways enough to show the full file path of each copy.
To be thorough, please search for Delta in the same way, and make sure you only have one Delta folder that's inside a "The Sims 4" folder. (The idea is that you might have an incomplete second install.) Here again, please post the results if you see a second copy.
If you do only have one copy of Sims 4 installed, you might need to manually check the sizes of the main folders on this computer to see where the extra storage went. Click This PC, double-click the C drive, and right-click each folder in turn, choosing Properties > General. The total size should give you an idea of where to search; you can check successive subfolders until you find something that doesn't belong. Not all folders appear by default, so don't be surprised if the total you find is significantly less than the total storage used.
