Shiny Sims

So this started happening with the new update. I'm also seeing it in the UI view of the sim that's got this Shiny effect. Not sure why this is doing this because I don't use that new "shiny" category with the update. I've got no CC in my game outside of twistedmexi's build buy and T.O.O.L mods.
