Sim Appearance Changes When Travelling

Yes I do have custom content installed. I thought it might be to do with the CAS CC, but once the game reinstalled and I tested it again, it worked fine.

Then I edited the world and repeated the process using CC in CAS and a custom lot, and the issue appeared again.

I usually have to create a random Sim then evict them so I can edit the world to place a custom lot I want my Sim to live in, I am thinking that the issue may be to do with this.

As for the video system, are you talking about graphics card etc? I apologise, my knowledge regarding computer components is not very thorough.
