Sim cannot fulfill needs

Hi, I didn't find this bug anywhere on the forum, so please direct me if I'm wrong...

One of my Sims is unable to complete any tasks. Ex. I click "eat", she goes to food and then walks away. I click "take bath", she gets in the tub and gets right out. Same with all other functions. She won't fulfill any autonomously either. All my other sims are fine. Anyone know how I can fix this?

    I looked into it further and found that using teatingcheats on and rightclicking sim, then reset object helped. Thanks!

    Hi @demif182

    are you using any mods/cc in your game ?

    Have you tried moving the Sim out and back in via household manager ?
