Could you try with a new save?
In a new save everythings ok, I'm able to publish my books.... , thank you 😉 could you tell me is there a way to move my household with its progress in collecting postcards, mySim trophies, etc. to a new save?
You could try uploading your Sim to the Library or Gallery, and the trophies and card displayed in a room as well.
Or cheat the cards and trophies in.
