Sim can't reach trash or magmabombs in Islandliving

Question

Hello,I recently got Sims 4 and also Islandliving at first it went great and everything was fine. After like 2 hours of playing my Sim can't get to any trashpiles on the ground she can still collect the ones in the water but the ones on the land are a problem. She goes to them then does the "I can't reach that" wave. This also happens when I try to crack open the rocks from the volcano that crash on the lot sometimes.Does anyone know what is up with this?

@kiki_steamHave you any mods or CC in the game?If yes move the mods folder to the desktopDelete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix the game in OriginOrigin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "repair game"If you don't have mods and CC delete this file and fix the game also.This file will be recreated but without saved errors.You can also try to reset your sim.I don't work for EA

@kiki_steam&nbsp;Is your Sim on Mua Pel'am in Sulani when this happens?If so, you might want to post on this thread over in Bug Reports: [NEEDS INPUT] [IL] Routing Issues on Mua Pel'am (volcanic rocks, trash piles) .
